We are now offering an introductory course to babysitting designed specifically for teenagers and young adults. This free online course created by Norland Head of Careers and Consultancy covers a variety of topics from how to deal with different behaviours with emotion coaching techniques to the laws and rules of babysitting and how to communicate with parents. 

This course is the first of a series of courses created to give everyone, everywhere a solid insight into childcare from the comfort of their home.
