Penny Lukins BEd - Early Years Lecturer

Penny Lukins is part of the Early Years lecturing team at Norland. The role includes devising, delivering and assessing across various modules within the Norland Diploma and supporting students in a tutor role.

Penny is a qualified teacher with a Bath University BEd. After teaching in schools for several years alongside having two children, she completed a Diploma in Preschool Practice. This lead to her becoming the lead practitioner in a nursery which she enjoyed for fifteen years. She has also been actively involved with many child and youth organisations, Guiding, Scouting and school committees. Before moving to Norland in 2016, Penny had spent nine years within an FE institution teaching and managing CACHE, BTEC, NVQ and FD Early Years courses across Levels 1-4.
