Biography
Freja graduated from Norland with a BA (Hons) in Early Years Development and Learning and the Norland Diploma in 2021 and 2022 respectively. At her diploma graduation, Freja was awarded the Olivia Cowling award: a peer voted award given to a nanny that has shown care, compassion and consideration towards their fellow nannies. Since becoming a fully qualified Norlander, Freja has worked as a nanny in Bath for families with newborn babies, toddlers and children up to the age of 10. Freja has worked closely with her employers and other professionals to provide the best practice for the individual child. She is keen to pass forward the knowledge she has gained in practice.
Freja is joining the Newly Qualified Nanny (NQN) team as a maternity cover appointment. In this role, Freja will be supporting, assessing and mentoring Norland students through their first year of employment. Freja is passionate about maintaining the excellent standard of fully qualified Norland Nannies worldwide.
