Post title: Recruitment Administrator
Salary: Grade G, £30,648-£33,377. Placement on the grade is dependent on experience and qualifications
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week Monday- Friday
Location: York Place, London Road, Bath, BA1 6AE

We are looking to appoint a Recruitment Administrator to join our busy and thriving Newly Qualified Nanny (NQN) team within our Graduate Placements, Employment and Alumni department. This role provides administrative and recruitment support during our students’ third year of training as well as first year in employment as nannies (known as their NQN year.)
You will need excellent administration, organisational and communication skills and be a confident user of all aspects of Microsoft Office. Experience of working in a recruitment or HR environment and working with a CRM database would be beneficial for this role.
The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills with experience in delivering high quality services and be professional at all times.
You will need to be a self-starter, with the ability to get on well with people, be highly organised in order to meet deadlines and work to a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment. A flexible approach to work and a friendly, approachable nature are key to being successful in this role.
