Tracey Worth

Biography
Tracey Worth is the CEO of the Institute of Couriers, a professional organisation supporting the Last Mile Express delivery industry. Her career started in Logistics within the Army. This was followed by Partner and Senior Board membership of several Same Day parcel companies. Tracey’s logistics career covered change management, CPD training and sales. Tracey currently works with DfT Strategic Apprenticeship Taskforce (STAT) and is the Chair for Diversity & Inclusion. Tracey is a mother of two and employed Norlanders to care for her children for the first seven years of their childhood. Tracey is a member of the Audit Committee.
