Biography
Rob joined Norland in 2025 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), heading up all financial matters at Norland. With over 30 years of experience in education and charity finance, Rob has led financial strategy, operational improvements, and major institutional growth. Serving in senior leadership roles at Weymouth College and The Wey Valley School, he played a key role in financial recovery, strategic planning, and a successful college merger, overseeing a £25m merger budget. As CFO, Rob managed multi million pound government funding projects, financial modelling, risk management, and commercial operations. He also spearheaded sustainability projects, safeguarding initiatives, and large-scale capital investments.
Beyond finance Rob is dedicated to community service, acting as a trustee for a local charity and treasurer for a youth football club. Rob holds an MBA and multiple financial qualifications; he combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership to drive financial sustainability and educational excellence. Passionate about sports, Rob has captained local cricket teams and actively supports youth football development.
