Biography
Soo Rusher is Principal’s Office Manager, having joined Norland in 2008. Her main focus is to provide extensive administrative and confidential support to the Principal in helping her achieve the strategic aims and growth of the organisation in partnership with the Executive and Strategic Leadership Teams. Soo has a wealth of administrative management experience gained over 25 years in both the education and corporate sector and is a fellow of the Institute of Administrative Management.
