Philippa Grew

Biography

Philippa joined Norland in the summer of 2025 having previously worked at Notting Hill & Ealing High School in London. Before working at Notting Hill & Ealing High School, Philippa had a career break to bring up her two children (now teenagers). Prior to this, Philippa worked at the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple (one of the Inns of Court) and at the city law firm Norton Rose Fulbright. Philippa brings a wealth of experience in administration, student scholarships, document management, events, conference organising and committee work.
