Norlander Keziah (Set 36) received a highly commended award at the Nursery World Awards 2020, which were announced on 4 February 2021.

Keziah was nominated and shortlisted as a finalist in the Nanny of the Year category, which was judged by a panel of early years experts, including Dr Janet Rose, principal.

Last year, Keziah shared her moving nannying in lockdown experience where she displayed admirable ‘strength in adversity’ (in keeping with one of Norland’s twin mottoes) to support her charges and nanny family in the most challenging of circumstances.
