Employ a Norland student or graduate through the Marvellous Babysitting app

Marvellous Babysitting for childcare nationwide

Families can employ one of our trusted undergraduate students or graduates (known as Norland Nannies or Norlanders) for short-term, flexible childcare and babysitting jobs via the Marvellous babysitting app, making Norland’s highly sought-after expertise more accessible for all.

This childcare booking platform, launched in partnership with Norland, is now available for families nationwide.

Norland undergraduate students will have completed part of their undergraduate early years degree and integrated practical diploma training. Fully qualified Norlanders have completed their Norland training and will have significant experience in a range of early years settings and with families. Postgraduate students and graduates will not have access to the Marvellous app, unless they are Norlanders.

All Norland students and graduates available through the app will have an up to date 12-hour Paediatric First Aid certificate and Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.

All students study in Bath and many Norland Nannies are based in London. Therefore, availability for childcare in other areas of the country may be limited and subject to availability.
