Tailored early years training for teams supporting young children and families

Norland offers bespoke training programmes for a wide range of organisations in the UK and internationally, including early years settings, charities, and other professionals working with young children and families. Drawing on over a century of experience in early childhood education and care, we design and deliver training that’s both practical and relevant.

Training built around your needs

Every organisation is different — which is why we take time to understand your specific requirements before designing your training. We work closely with you to identify your goals, your audience, and any particular challenges you’re facing. This collaborative approach ensures that what we deliver is useful, meaningful and has a lasting impact.

Once we’ve gained a clear understanding of your context, we prepare a proposal tailored to your team. Whether you’re looking to enhance leadership, deepen staff knowledge, or explore new ways of supporting children and families, we build our offer around what matters most to you.

Our clients consistently tell us that our training has helped them to improve practice, strengthen their teams, and deliver more effective services for the children and families they support.
