Norland is delighted to share the news that it has once again been shortlisted for a Whatuni Student Choice Award (WUSCA) in the Small or Specialist Provider category – and hopes to win for the sixth time.

The WhatUni Student Choice Awards are unique in UK higher education because they are based entirely on student feedback, drawing on thousands of verified reviews submitted by students nationwide. The awards celebrate providers that deliver an outstanding student experience, from teaching quality and academic support to wellbeing and career prospects.

This latest nomination recognises Norland’s continued commitment to delivering a highly personalised, specialist higher education experience, characterised by small cohort sizes, high contact hours and exceptional levels of academic and pastoral support.

As a specialist provider focused exclusively on early childhood education and care, Norland offers a distinctive ‘golden triangle’ of provision that combines degree‑level study with practical training and real‑world experience.

In 2025, Norland won its fifth Whatuni award, reflecting its ongoing dedication to excellence in higher education and training. The recognition highlights the value students place on Norland’s distinct academic teaching, supportive learning environment and exceptional graduate outcomes.

The 2026 WhatUni Student Choice Award winners will be announced on 21 May 2026, following the completion of the student review and judging process.
