Biography
Tilly Alderton manages marketing events at Norland, including open days, virtual events and offer holder events. She is also responsible for overseeing the design and production of all branded materials. Tilly holds a BSc (Hons) in Sport Science and Management from Loughborough University as well as a CIM Level 6 Diploma in Professional Marketing with the Cambridge Professional Academy.
Before transitioning to marketing, Tilly was a professional swimmer who represented Great Britain and England at international competitions, including the 2014 Commonwealth Games.
