Norland celebrated another historic first by awarding its own degrees in its home city of Bath for the first time. On 31 March, degree and diploma graduates gathered in Bath Abbey to celebrate their achievements.

Diploma graduates Freja and Lois (Set 42) were interviewed alongside degree graduates Holly and Ike (Set 43) about their Norland experience and their plans for the future.

With the award of the prestigious Norland diploma, Freja and Lois have now earned the professional title Norlander, or Norland Nanny as fully qualified Norland graduates are known, and will go on to enjoy 100% employment opportunities and lifelong career support through Norland’s dedicated in-house employment agency.

Degree graduates Holly and Ike are in their fourth and final year of training, the Newly Qualified Nanny (NQN) year, which is a year in paid employment with a family as a probationary nanny. Once they have completed the NQN year, they will earn the diploma and coveted professional title.
