Victoria Eardley-Ford is an experienced lecturer, trainer and assessor with over 15 years in education, specialising in early years, curriculum development, and food and nutrition. With expertise in teaching, assessment and pastoral support, she has developed research-informed curricula that equip students with the skills to support children and families. Her background spans early years education and hospitality, making her uniquely suited to delivering food and nutrition programs.

Her expertise in nutrition includes running a successful catering business and delivering cookery courses on healthy eating. She has also developed meal plans aligned with food safety regulations and best practices in child nutrition. Passionate about student engagement and academic excellence, Victoria has contributed to curriculum design, quality assurance and mentoring. She is dedicated to inspiring the next generation of professionals in early years education, ensuring they are equipped to promote healthy eating and wellbeing in children and families.
