Biography
Stephanie Taylor is the Head of HR and Compliance at Norland where she leads the delivery of a supportive, high‑quality HR service for all staff. She also oversees key organisational compliance functions, including health and safety, data protection, and the Prevent duty. Stephanie holds a Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Development from the CIPD and is a qualified Sexual Violence Liaison Officer (SVLO).
