Biography

Sinéad brings 18 years of experience across a diverse range of educational settings. She holds a BA (Hons) with Qualified Teacher Status in primary education from the University of Cumbria and has recently completed an MA in Education at University College London’s Institute of Education.

Sinéad has spent many years teaching in inner-city primary classrooms in London and has more recently worked as a lecturer in Education and Early Years at Bath College. Throughout her career, Sinéad has held curriculum leadership roles and has extensive experience mentoring trainee teachers during their initial teacher training year. In this role, she has supported trainees through structured observation cycles, coaching conversations and feedback, enabling them to develop reflective practice, professional confidence and resilience. Her mentoring is grounded in evidence-informed practice and a strong commitment to supportive developmental professional relationships.
