Biography

Rimsha joined Norland in 2025 as Research Assistant with a background in Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience. Rimsha holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of West London and an MSc in Cognitive Neuroscience from Aston University. Rimsha is currently completing her PhD in Research Psychology from the University of Wolverhampton. Her research explores the intersection of cognition, pain and cultural influences. Rimsha’s expertise lies in cognitive and clinical neuroscience, with a strong focus on quantitative research methods. Rimsha has experience conducting complex data analyses and investigating psychological process, contributing to a deeper understanding of cognition and behaviour.

In addition to her academic work, Rimsha has contributed to the That’s Me project, which examines inclusion barriers for Global Majority students in education. Her work reflects a commitment to understanding cognitive and educational development in diverse contexts, aligning with Norland’s focus on supportive inclusive and evidence-based learning experiences.
