Michael Bray FCMA - Board Member

Michael Bray is Chief Finance Officer of The Institute of Physics (IOP). The IOP is a corporate membership organisation and charity governed by the Charity Commission. Michael is responsible to the CEO and the Institute’s Council for the overall financial health and well-being of the Institute and its trading subsidiaries. He has overarching responsibility for the group accounts of the Institute, sets IOP’s financial and investment policy and is a key participant, in partnership with the Executive Board, in the development and implementation of Institute strategy. Michael is the Chair of the Finance Committee and Chair of the Remuneration Committee.
