Biography
Lisa has worked in and alongside Human Resources departments for over 15 years. Lisa has a passion for education and training, previously managing and developing Apprenticeship programmes and initiatives to support people into work and training opportunities. Lisa joined Norland College in 2024 in the HR Manager job share role. Lisa works Wednesday to Friday each week.
Lisa is an ILM qualified coach and is currently studying towards her CIPD level 5 qualification.
