Katie Marshall BA (Hons) - Placement Officer

Katie joined Norland in 2022 as Placement Officer. Katie has over 10 years of experience working with children of all ages across early years settings, primary schools, special educational needs and disability (SEND) residential schools and as a family nanny. She was a pre-school leader in a private day nursery and moved to Bath as a special educational needs and disability coordinator (SENDCO) lead, supporting staff, students, and families to ensure their children received the very best help and support.

In 2020, Katie gained a first-class degree from Bath Spa University in Early Childhood Studies. She understands first-hand how difficult and challenging it is to complete a degree to a high standard and is looking forward to sharing her knowledge and experience in supporting students throughout their placements.
