Meet the team

Kate Morgan joined Norland on a permanent basis in January 2012 after working on a temporary basis where she was employed to provide administrative support to the Norland Nursery and the Probationer desk (now Newly Qualified Nanny). Kate has worked in the commercial private sector for over 25 years and has a wealth of customer service, business development and recruitment experience. Kate was also Director of a Recruitment company prior to joining Norland and has been the Staff Representative on the board. Kate now works in the Marketing, Student Recruitment and Brand department, managing open day bookings, undergraduate prospectus requests and co-ordinating school and college visits. Kate is passionate about sustomer service and is a massive Eurovision and Comic Con fan!
