Biography
Francesca joined Norland in 2025. Originally from Bologna, Francesca moved to the UK in 2009. Francesca holds a BA in European Literature from the University of Bologna and began her career as a freelance writer for local publications before transitioning to administrative roles in the hospitality, sport and aviation industries, bringing together diverse experience in communication, organisation and people-focused roles. Francesca is a proud mother of two teenage daughters. She loves the classics, travelling and playing golf.
