Biography
Francesca joined Norland in 2025. She is the receptionist for Norland’s York Place building and provides administrative support to the marketing, student recruitment and admissions team. Originally from Bologna, Francesca moved to the UK in 2009. Francesca holds a BA in European Literature from the University of Bologna and began her career as a freelance writer for local publications before transitioning to administrative roles in the hospitality, sport and aviation industries, bringing together diverse experience in communication, organisation and people-focused roles. Francesca is a proud mother of two teenage daughters. She loves the classics, travelling and playing golf.
