Clare Hutton BA (Hons), MA - Student Records, Data and Visa Manager

Clare Hutton has worked at Norland as the Student Records, Data and Visa Manager since October 2019. Her key roles include overseeing the integrity of the data held across Norland’s Student Record Systems and for using that data to create and submit statutory returns to bodies such as HESA. In her role as Student Visa Manager, Clare is the primary contact and support for students who require a visa to study, as well as overseeing Norland’s compliance with UK Visas and Immigration as a Student Visa Licence holder. Before joining the team at Norland Clare previously worked as the Registrar of an English Language School, and has a degree in English Literature and a Masters in History of Art. Clare has varied interests as her work and education history show, and in her spare time is an avid reader, art and music enthusiast. Clare believes strongly in the importance of robust and accurate records systems and data to inform and enhance the student experience at Norland.
