Charlotte Macey BA (Hons), Norland Diploma - Newly Qualified Nanny (NQN) Consultant

Charlotte Macey is a Newly Qualified Nanny (NQN) Consultant. This role includes training, preparing, supporting and assessing students through their first year of employment as probationary nannies, knowns as NQNs.

Charlotte graduated from Norland in 2012 with a BA (Hons) in Early Childhood Studies and the Norland diploma. She was presented at graduation with the annual Sandra Soar Award, which is awarded annually to a graduate that displays high levels of professionalism, diligence, calmness and organisation throughout their first year of employment.

Since qualifying as a Norlander, Charlotte has worked with families across London, Oxfordshire and Bath. Having gained more than 10 years of experience as a nanny, Charlotte joined the NQN team in August 2022. She is dedicated to sharing her extensive experience and knowledge with students and families as they prepare and start their exciting future together.
