Caroline Jenkins

Biography

Caroline joined Norland in 2017, bringing with her extensive experience in higher education administration. Prior to joining Norland, she spent almost a decade as Executive Assistant to the Vice-Chancellor at the Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester.

Since 2018, Caroline has been a valued member of the Principal’s Office, serving as PA to the Executive Team and Senior Administrator. In this role, she continued to develop a wealth of expertise in executive support and senior-level administration. Caroline has recently taken on the role of Project Coordinator within the Enterprise and Strategic Partnerships team. She is excited to support the development of new international partnerships with organisations that share Norland’s values and commitment to enhancing experiences and outcomes for babies, young children and their families around the world.
