We are looking to appoint a Recruitment Consultant to join our busy and thriving Consultancy, Alumni, Agency & Training department. You will need experience in a customer facing role, with recruitment experience. You must be educated to A-Level or equivalent. A business administration or recruitment qualification would be an advantage.
The Norland Agency, which only works with Norland graduates, places Norlanders with families in the UK and all over the world. The agency also provide an ongoing link for the students with Norland, continuing to guide and support its graduates throughout their working life.
The successful candidate will liaise with Norland graduates and agency clients to ensure that the best match is made for both parties and that Norland’s reputation for excellence is upheld. You will work within a team, contributing towards achieving the department targets whilst maintaining a high level of professional customer service. Therefore, you will need to be highly motivated, able to work on your own initiative, able to maintain confidentiality and be experienced and confident in using all aspects of Microsoft Office.
You will need to be a self-starter, with the ability to get on well with people, be highly organised in order to meet deadlines and work to a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment. A flexible approach to work and a friendly, approachable nature are key to being successful in this role.
