Anna YeendNorland Diploma - Newly Qualified Nanny (NQN) Consultant

Anna Yeend is a Newly Qualified Nanny (NQN) Consultant at Norland. This role includes training, preparing, supporting and assessing our students mostly through their first year of employment as NQNs. In 2006, Anna attended Norland and trained alongside her peers to earn her Norland diploma. Anna was also awarded the prestigious Sandra Soar award, named in memory of Norlander Sandra Soar and presented annually to the Norland student who has displayed the qualities that Sandra possessed, as well as high levels of professionalism and for putting all that Norland teaches into practice during their probationary post.

Prior to her role as NQN Consultant, Anna worked with many families as a nanny and, more recently, was in leadership and management roles in a private nursery chain. Her most recent role was as Quality and Training Manager, supporting over 400 practitioners to offer the best care and early education to children across 10 large nurseries.
