Register a vacancy for a 2020 Newly Qualified Nanny

Please complete the form below if you are interested in employing a 2020 NQN. (If you are looking to employ an NQN for 2021, please do not fill in the below form, please email us at nqn@norland.ac.uk so we can add you to our list to contact next year regarding registration.)

Once we have received these details we will be in touch to confirm your eligibility for the NQN registration and will then ask for some more detailed information about your vacancy. At that stage, we will ask you to send us a copy of a recent utility or council tax bill and a copy of your child or children’s birth certificate. These documents form an essential part of the safeguarding process for our NQNs and we cannot complete your registration without them.

If you created an advert with us in 2019, then we do still require you to fill in the below form in part. You will need tick the box that states you advertised in 2019 which will remove the boxes we do not require you to recomplete. We will then ensure you are still eligible and will send you over your previous job description to check if you would like to make any changes. We will not need you to supply us with proof of address, or copies of birth certificates. Please note we can only do this for clients who fully registered and completed an advert in 2019, if you registered in any previous years we will need you to fully-register as the process has changed.

Please note the NQN salaries have been reviewed for 2020. Please see our NQN salaries page.
